General software and application terms

These terms are issued by BRAMANTE LLC (United States). Contact: bramantesociedad@gmail.com. They cover its own published software and third-party software only where BRAMANTE LLC is identified as publisher and these terms apply. They do not presume ownership of commissioned applications.

When using covered software, comply with these terms to the extent permitted by law. Review the application notice, specific terms and store rules before use. If you disagree, stop using and uninstall the application; this does not affect rights or obligations that legally survive.

You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, revocable for justified breach, to install and use the application for its intended purpose under the distribution terms. Ownership of the software is not transferred.

Rights in code, brands, text, graphics and other content belong to BRAMANTE LLC or their respective owners, as applicable. Copying, redistributing, selling, sublicensing, commercially exploiting or modifying materials without authorization is prohibited except as permitted by law, an applicable license or specific terms. Third-party component licenses retain their scope.

Use applications lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not manipulate scores or mechanisms, distribute malicious code, bypass security measures or interfere with operation. Reverse-engineering restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Game content is recreational, not professional advice, and does not guarantee personal outcomes. No publishing or content-sharing feature is presumed to exist. If such features are introduced, specific terms will describe content and moderation rules.

Errors, interruptions, incompatibilities and changes may occur for technical, security or maintenance reasons. Continuous availability or compatibility with every device is not guaranteed. Updates and requirements will be communicated through the relevant distribution channels.

Check your application notice for storage details. Sopa de Letras stores progress on the device; resetting, clearing data or reinstalling may lose it. The documented version has no account or server-based progress recovery.

Minors should use applications according to the store age rating, applicable law and supervision or authorization by a responsible adult where required. Family use does not mean every application is specifically directed at children. Check each notice and rating.

Stores, operating systems, distribution and other services actually integrated may have their own terms and policies. BRAMANTE LLC does not control independent third-party services or assume their obligations. This does not exclude its legal responsibility for its own conduct.

These terms do not announce purchases, prizes, competitions or rankings as available features. The documented Sopa de Letras version has no in-app purchases, real prizes or active online rankings. Coins and hints are virtual game elements with no monetary value or redemption right.

Any future purchase, prize or competition requires the feature to be enabled and prior specific terms explaining eligibility, prices or rules, limits and applicable rights. These terms are not an offer of those features.

Software is offered according to its disclosed characteristics. To the extent permitted by law, particular outcomes or completely error-free operation are not guaranteed. Limitations must be interpreted reasonably and do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, negligence or other matters where exclusion is unlawful.

Nothing removes mandatory warranties, consumer rights, data protection rights or non-waivable legal remedies. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective to the lawful extent. Applicable protective laws and competent courts retain their authority; no waiver or exclusive forum is imposed here.

In a conflict, mandatory legal rights prevail, followed by current application or feature-specific terms for the particular matter they govern. These general terms cover the remainder. Translation cannot reduce rights; discrepancies will be clarified in good faith through the stated contact.

This document identifies its version and update date. Changes will be published here with a new date. Material changes, or changes requiring notice by law, will be notified through available application or distribution channels before taking effect. They will not retroactively reduce acquired rights.
