General application privacy framework

How to check data processing for each application published by BRAMANTE LLC.

Last updated: Version: 1.0

1. Controller and scope

BRAMANTE LLC (United States) is responsible for processing it performs within its published applications and this portal. Contact: bramantesociedad@gmail.com. This framework does not state that all applications collect the same data or attribute independent third-party processing to BRAMANTE LLC.

Own applications and third-party applications where BRAMANTE is publisher must be identified in their notices. Commissioned development alone does not make BRAMANTE the owner, publisher or controller of all processing.

2. Application-specific information

Each application notice explains, based on functions actually used, what is stored locally, what is transmitted if applicable, why it is used, with whom it is shared and what controls exist. Review the notice before use. Sopa de Letras has a specific policy linked in this portal.

This framework does not announce accounts, analytics, advertising, payments or cloud features. If a new function or SDK changes processing, the notice will be reviewed and required notices and authorizations completed before the new processing.

3. Purposes, legal bases and providers

Where processing occurs, it is limited to disclosed purposes and a valid basis under applicable law, such as answering a voluntarily submitted request, meeting a legal obligation or providing a requested feature. Where consent is required, it will be validly requested and may be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Possible hosting, distribution or email providers are involved only when the service is actually used. No universal transfer or sharing across all applications is claimed. If a provider processes application data, its role and relevant processing must be explained in the notice. Where international transfers are subject to legal requirements, appropriate safeguards will apply.

4. Web portal and email contact

When you visit this portal, hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical data such as IP addresses, requests, dates, browser information or security logs to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from an installed game’s local progress. The language selector stores a local browser preference; it does not transmit game progress.

If you email support, BRAMANTE receives your address, message and attachments to respond and manage the request. Avoid passwords, sensitive or unnecessary information. The email service participates in delivery and retention of those communications. This does not mean the game automatically collects your email address.

5. Retention and security

Local data remains according to the application notice and device controls. Support communications are retained as needed to handle the request and applicable legal obligations or claims; no universal period is set without knowing the circumstances.

Reasonable measures are applied according to actual data and processing risks. No system offers absolute security. Recovery of data existing only on your device is not guaranteed.

6. Rights and minors

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of data BRAMANTE actually processes, and withdraw consent where relevant. Email bramantesociedad@gmail.com with the application and requested right. Only proportionate information will be requested to verify and handle the request. You may also contact the competent authority.

Device-only data is managed using local controls in the application notice; BRAMANTE cannot remotely delete progress it does not receive. Whether an account exists is stated per application, not as a universal rule.

Minors’ use is assessed according to the application, rating and law. This framework does not classify every application as child-directed or presume children’s data collection.

7. Changes and specific notices

The application-specific policy takes precedence in its factual description of processing. This framework complements general matters without expanding nonexistent collection. Mandatory rights always prevail.

The version and date are stated. Material changes will be announced here and through available channels where required. For Sopa de Letras, consult its permanent privacy notice; consult support for data deletion instructions.
