This policy covers Sopa de Letras for Android, package com.bramante.sopadeletras, published by BRAMANTE LLC (United States). Privacy and support contact: bramantesociedad@gmail.com. It describes the currently documented game version, with 10 categories and three languages: Spanish, English and Portuguese.

Its scope is this application only. It does not replace other apps’ policies or the corporate website’s contractual notices. This public address is Sopa de Letras’ permanent privacy notice.

The game uses localStorage under the key 'wordworlds.save.v1' to store levels, stars, coins, hints, preferences and personal results on your device. This allows games to continue and settings and progress to persist between sessions.

The game requires no account or registration. The documented version does not transmit progress to BRAMANTE LLC servers and has no account-based synchronization or recovery. BRAMANTE does not receive that local data through the reviewed game functions.

This version has no real advertisements, in-app purchases, real prizes or active online rankings. Coins, stars and hints are local game elements with no monetary value or redemption right. The documented functions do not share or sell local progress data.

These statements describe confirmed game behavior, not a guarantee of no data exchange anywhere on the device. Android, Google Play and system services may perform their own processing, diagnostics, distribution or backups according to their settings and policies. Unverified practices are not attributed to the game, and control over those services is not promised.

Visiting this website is different from playing the installed application. Portal hosting may process IP addresses and technical request, browser and security information to serve and protect the site. Those records are not Sopa de Letras progress and do not imply transmission of levels or results to the portal.

If you email support, we receive your address and the information you include to assist you. Your email is not obtained from playing. Avoid sensitive attachments; remove unrelated personal information from any helpful screenshot.

In the game, open Settings > Reset (Ajustes > Reiniciar in Spanish) and accept the confirmation only if you want to delete progress. Reset affects saved levels, stars, coins, hints and personal results, and returns preferences to the initial game state. This is not a refund or loss of real money, since this version has no in-app purchases.

You can also clear application data in Android settings. Clearing data, uninstalling or reinstalling may lose progress; system retention or restoration depends on its settings and is not guaranteed. There is no account to delete. BRAMANTE cannot remotely delete or recover progress stored only on your device.

Local saves remain until reset, deletion or loss through device changes. Protection also depends on device controls. Backup or recovery is not promised. To exercise rights over support communications or other data BRAMANTE actually processes, email bramantesociedad@gmail.com and identify Sopa de Letras.

Requests are handled under applicable law, with proportionate verification where necessary. You may request deletion of communications you sent, subject to applicable retention duties, or contact the competent authority. Use the local steps above for game-only data deletion.

Sopa de Letras allows family use, but this policy does not claim the application is specifically directed at children. Check its current Google Play rating and use the game with appropriate supervision or authorization by a responsible adult where age and law require it.

Having no account does not guarantee all system services’ practices. A responsible adult with a privacy concern may email the contact without providing unnecessary information about the minor.

If SDKs, advertisements, accounts, synchronization, purchases or other functions affecting processing are introduced, this policy and the relevant Google Play declaration will be reviewed before the new processing, with required notices and consents. This policy does not announce or promise those features.
