Process
1. Analysis
Requirements, users, prioritized features and scope document.
2. UI/UX
Flows, clickable prototypes and visual design approved before coding.
3. Development
Reviewable partial releases and access to a staging environment.
4. Testing
Functional testing on real devices and bug fixing.
5. Handover
Source code, credentials and documentation transferred to the client.
6. Store publishing
Store listings, screenshots and submission to Google Play and the App Store when the project requires it.
Publishing on Google Play and the App Store
- When included in the contract, we manage the sign-up and publishing process and the first year of the developer account, including the stores' standard sign-up / first-year fees.
- Developer accounts are preferably registered in the client's name.
- Approval depends on Google's and Apple's policies: we cannot guarantee it. If a store requests changes, they are handled as set out in the contract.
- Ongoing maintenance (updates, compatibility with new OS versions, hosting and support) is contracted separately.
Scope, terms and included fees depend on each contract and on each store's current policies.
